The index starts from a large-cap universe, excludes financials, and reweights by free-cash-flow yield. Sector tilts can be large and shift quickly as valuation and cash-flow cycles rotate.

Pacer built a differentiated franchise around “cash cows” indexing and now runs one of the largest thematic-factor ETF complexes outside the biggest index issuers.
