NTSI — WisdomTree International Efficient Core Fund
NTSI extends the 90/60 framework to developed ex-U.S. equities with a Treasury futures overlay to improve capital efficiency.

Strategy
The equity sleeve focuses on developed markets outside the U.S., while U.S. Treasury futures provide the added duration sleeve. Currency and regional factor moves can dominate short-run performance.
Compared with holding separate international equity and bond funds, NTSI concentrates implementation risk in one wrapper but can simplify sleeve sizing inside multi-asset portfolios.
Manager and Issuer Pedigree
WisdomTree built its brand on fundamentally weighted and capital-efficient ETFs well before many copycat implementations. The same derivatives-and-collateral framework underpins its Efficient Core and related stacked sleeves.
WisdomTree has reported roughly $143B+ in global ETP and tokenized AUM (late-2025 disclosures), giving institutional futures and collateral infrastructure while still operating as a specialist versus the largest index houses.
Outperformance
Outperforms when developed ex-U.S. equities lead and Treasury duration is stable-to-positive, particularly when non-U.S. cyclicals participate without a bond selloff.
Underperforms when international equities lag and U.S. rates reset higher, because both the equity and duration sleeves can be pressured together.
